Exhibitors

The Barnes Foundation offers exhibit space at all of its medical conferences.  If you or your company would like to exhibit, you may obtain a full registration packet by submitting the form below, by contacting the Barnes Foundation Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. eastern time at (203) 261-2101, or send a request to our 24-hour fax at (203) 261-3017.

Below you will find some general information about exhibit space for our upcoming conference.

Exhibitor Move-In  
Thursday, October 14   5:00 - 9:00 PM

Exhibit Setup           
Each 8' tabletop exhibit will be set with skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket.   One exhibit identification sign will be provided.

Saturday, October 16  7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Sunday, October 17  8:00 AM - Noon

Continental breakfasts and refreshment breaks during the conference will be catered in the exhibit area so that attendees will have maximum exposure to products and services.

Exhibit Fees:      
Each exhibitor registration includes an 8' tabletop exhibit, identification sign, full  conference registration for two people,  continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks  and lunch on Friday and Saturday.  The cost   for the weekend exhibit space is  $1,300.00 per booth.
